Love THIS Ruby Tuesday's ! It is always clean, the waitresses are friendly and the food is great...I would give it 5 stars except that they took the dried cranberries off the salad bar and are skimping on the butter blend lettuce. I used to eat here at least once a week..but because they changed my salad bar, I only go about once a month. HINT HINT MANAGER

Overpriced, over rated. Went for brunch, and had the crabcake omelette. a total of 4 small pieces of crabmeat. Tried the cream cake, Cream was a misnomer, frosting, that had been chilled to the point of hardness. Not worth it.

Although I like this place because I can get a good low calorie dinner, and my favorite is the petite sirloin with grilled veggies. I really miss the mashed cauliflower too! This trip my friend ordered chicken and instantly felt ill after eating it. The staff kept trying to seat people by the kitchen doors. I watched 3 couples refuse the seat. And I watched one employee stand on top of the bar to reach a bottle of wine and not clean the surface where he put his filthy shoes. Time to button up this location management.

Waited almost 5 minutes before anyway talked to me with less customers than employees in the restaurant. A large circle of some 9 employees standing around chatting while I wait. Finally approached by a young man, casual as can be, "Hey man, what's up?" is his greeting. He directs me to a girl who is busy talking to her parents, who then directs me to the bartender to place my carryout order. 20 minutes later my food is set in front of me and I'm told they're waiting on my biscuits. 8 minutes of my food sitting on the counter getting cold before the biscuits are done. Of two orders of pasta, one has significantly less food than the other. Will not be returning.

Not bad at all. I never used to be a huge fan of Ruby Tuesdays, preferring Fridays or Max & Erma's when it came to group gatherings. But they've really improved their menu. The steak is awesome. We came to this location after both mine and my sister's graduations this year. Mine from college, hers from high school. Most of our family lives downriver, so we tend to meet closer to them for celebrations. The service was great, everyone was very helpful and catered to our large group. They even kept the cake in the fridge in the back until we needed it.

This place is amazing. I could eat the garden bar everyday. The staff was very nice and extremely professional. Especially the management. My bartenders name was Jeff. This guy is hilarious. His more than superior bartending skills really impressed me. I will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Came here with my family solely because we had a gift card and a coupon. As soon as I walked in and saw a salad bar I was immediately thinking "oh no..." Then I saw the tacky, cheap table coverings straight from a mom 'n pop diner. Except, this diner just got remodeled but still looks like it's stuck in the 80s. Besides for the ugly table covers, the seats and tables (along the North windows, at least) were very close to each other, but the chairs were comfortable. Blinds were super dusty. Besides for the blinds the restaurant was very clean, and was kept clean through out the time we were there. BUT of course the silverware and plates, including those in the salad bar, all had a few dirty spots. Whatever. Now, about that salad bar. Could be worse. The veggies were fairly fresh, especially by salad bar standards. I never understand why restaurants put piles and piles of veggies out even during slow nights. The veggies were cut way too big, though. I spotted a worker dumping new cheese over the old in the container, a big food safety no-no. Our server was nice but really didn't even try to hide the fact that she was tired and wanted to leave. There was a server station right next to our table where she kept putting her head down on and complaining to her coworkers. She came to check on us often, almost too often, but I prefer that to never coming by at all. I was interested by the New Orleans and Creole foods, so I got the "New Orleans Seafood." Had no idea that "Creole seasoning" is literally just seasoned salt. The tilapia, although moist and flavourful, was just coated with seasoned salt. As you might imagine, I drank a lot of water tonight. The sauteed shrimp it came with were actually cooked perfectly and very tasty. The mashed potato side was delicious as well. My father loved his steak. My brother complained that the hamburger bun was burnt, which I find amazing. Speaking of my brother's burger, the server handed us the wrong plate. Not noticing it wasn't his burger, my brother continued to salt his fries and inspect his burger. As he has the burger in his hand our waitress comes back and says she gave him the wrong burger, and takes the old plate and gives him the right one. She then goes to give the burger to another table. If I weren't with my parents and not in the mood to start a scene I would definitely have said something, but instead I'll just write this expansive Yelp review.

This is not a restaurant I would ever recommend. I ordered the Thai Phoon Shrimp and they were all breading, minimal shrimp and tasted like dirt, just awful. Then I asked the waitress for another recommendation looking for a light meal and she suggested the crab cakes and compliment that with the salad bar for an extra $3. They were one of the worst crab cakes I have ever tasted, the highlight of the dinner was the sautéed zucchini and the salad bar. If you are looking for greasy low qualify food to stuff your pie hole then this is the place to be in Allen Park, MI. Too bad because the waitresses were very nice and dealt with our large party very well, I have to give the staff credit for their service.

Ruby Tuesday has really stepped their game up with their remodel/revamp. The have transitioned from a regular ol chain restaurant to a we-really-want-to-be-fine-dining-establishment. I'm not mad at them. They're trying. The interior decor is upgraded and it looks like a real restaurant, rather than a cheesy, campy chain. It can even sometimes be too dark. I'm at peace with their menu. One of my favorites is the lobster mac n cheese. I like that they have Sunday Brunch. Not that I regularly attend them, but it's a pretty cool feature. Of course, their salad bar is still a mainstay and reliable favorite. I like that they have "wine tastings" for a quarter. Nice. Tip -- SIGN UP FOR THEIR MAILING LIST! RT gives a FREE burger for your birthday. No other purchase necessary. Dine in OR carry out. They also have cool events, one of which I attended recently. It was a "cocktail party" which was a free event that you had to rsvp for. Small glasses of wine were $2 and hors d'ouerves were complimentary. They offered zucchini cakes (think crab cake with zucchini rather than crab), sliders and quesadillas. Delicious! They also had cookies and mini cupcakes. Their own strawberry lemonade and specialty teas were offered, as well. I'm looking foward to future events like this one.

Really??? Five stars??? I don't hand out five stars very often but when I do it usually is deserved. Even if it is a chain restaurant that I usually consider meh. My daughter graduated from High School and we had a get together with family. Most of our family still lives downriver so we looked for a get together at a more local place for them. We arrived at our reserved time, tables were pulled together, nice tableclothes, all set up. They were waiting for us. There were twenty-three people. We ordered several appetizers and they spread them around. When the appetizers were being prepared we ordered our dinners. Here's the best part, none of the orders were messed up, the meals arrived hot. Our drinks kept getting refilled without a single person asking for a refill. Everybody was pleasantly surprised with the meals. Everything was perfect. The next thing I liked was that the bill was separated by person and NO tip was automatically put into the bill. Good food, good service, good time = 5 Stars

Used a coupon the other day to eat here. Ordered shrimp and lobster. The shrimp was dry and overcooked. The lobster smelled of ammonia and after one spit out bite I was done. The salad bar was really good and the app shrimp was very tasty. Just very poor execution on the seafood. Think I'll try one more time for lunch and have a burger. Nice hostess and friendly attentive waitress.

We've been to other Ruby Tuesday's locations so we knew what to expect when it came to the food, but the service at this location is the absolute worst! We've been there a few times as other people in our group asked us to go with them. Ever time, we waited so long for the servers, even when it wasnt busy. The last time we went, my husband had to search for out waitress because we had no silverware. She didnt even ask if we needed anything...just dropped the food off and walked away. We won't be heading back there.

My family and I had the worst dining experience here. First when asked to have a seating off to the side to accomodate my daughters stroller, the front girls looked at me like I was purple. After a long blank stare, I had to ask if that was going to be a problem, but they snapped out of it and finally sat us. Our server Jeremy (spelled different though) was the WORSE. He was barely apparent through out the entire meal. Never brought us our extra biscuits we requested. My husband never received his beer he ordered. Sides to our meals were entirely incorrect. No chance to ask for a drink refill. We literally gave up, finished our food, and got the hell out of there. On our way out I noticed two ladies behind us with a pile of biscuits, I joked with them that I think they recevied our order. They laughed and said they never asked for them! and they agreed how awful their experience was as well.

Great food and great service. Restaurant looks like it was just redone and it looks a lot nicer than most Ruby Tuesdays I've been to. I had the carribean chicken and it was tasty!

Attempted to give RT another shot, and I wish I hadn't. The service, food, and atmosphere were all just fine- no problems there. The problem was the food poisoning I woke up with the next morning. I don't know if it had something to do with the fact that we were late diners, or if they served spoiled food, or what it may have been. Maybe it's just me, or a terrible coincidence of accumulating bad visits. Either way, that was my last one.

I don't know if I've ever been to another place that' so inconsistent as this Ruby Tuesday's. Sometimes we'll come here and have a great meal, where everything is hot and delicious and correct (according to what we ordered), and then sometimes we'll only get one out of those three - if that! I'm really torn on this place. When it's good, it's great. When it's not, it's a terribly regretful waste of 45 bucks. When it's good: the steaks are usually pretty flavorful and seem to be good cuts. The salad bar is always full of leafs and veggies and all sorts of other toppings. The spicy shrimp pasta is a good meal. Their "Texas Tea", some kind of long island-ish drink, is cheap and delicious! When it's bad: the food is cold, cooked improperly, or takes forever. A couple of the servers who work(ed?) there are pretty bad. A bad experience with food or service is only made worse by the fact that you have to pay for it, and RT is on the higher end of the all-American-type restaurants (Applebees, Chili's, RT, etc.).

Service was good. Menu has not really changed. Still expensive for what you get. Salad bar doesn't have nearly the same number of items as it used to. There are better options around when you are hungry.

The problem with Ruby Tuesdays is they have tried to become something that they clearly aren't...some kind of higher class burger joint. Bring back the old TGIF atmosphere with a more relaxed atmosphere and their old menu and I will reconsider. I am not a fan of the "New" Ruby Tuesdays at all.....

Ok time for one of my play by play review. Its crowded but no waiting I got seated right away. As usual I'm getting blackberry lemonade and a margarita. (Frozen strawberry) ok drinks are here let me try them be right back oh before I go the bread is delicious. They brought three peices for two people so we both eat one and split the last one lol. It was good though. And we both are straving haven't eat all day. ... ok back tasted drinks - Touchdown! Things are starting off great. For an ap. We order queso and chips. This is one of our favorites. Chris ordered salad bar they only have black cruttons she is not happy bout that! Lol but she will be ok. Now I'm ordering same thing as last time cause it was good and a great deal. I got the ribs and for five extra bucks u pick another slab of ribs, shrimp, wings , or tenders. Last time I got wings this time I'm going with shrimp. And u get two sides. I opt for mac and cheese and onion rings. Ok time to enjoy drink I will be back to let you know how the food was. I will be back after this commerical break. .... ok finished 2 lemonades and my margarita and still no food. This is now taking to long. Its been over 2o mins and about 10 mins ago he said I will be right back with your dinner. Did he drop it on the floor or something?? Ok i will let u guys know be right back.....ok soon as I said let me check, the food came out. Time to say grace and through down be back......food was ok. It wasn't bad and it wasn't great. I will go with three stars this time. Drinks was the best thing on this visit.

I always wanted to try Ruby Tuesdays since I live in Cali and we don't have them out here. Well on my trip to Detroit I was able to finally try it and sad to say I was highly disappointed! The food costs quiet a bit and when I received it I was suprised at how small the portions were. Paying that much for a steak I was hoping it would have bigger then the size of my palm.
